They say a family’s home is their castle and the Kerrigans of Cooloroo, Australia are ready and willing to go to battle for theirs - even if the roof does leak. When a big multi-national company attempts to acquire his fixer-upper family home, tow truck driver Darryl Kerrigan is so outraged he decides to fight the whole of Australia for a “fair go.”
Never mind that the Kerrigan’s modest abode is built on a toxic landfill. Never mind that the house is adjacent to humming high-power lines and is in the landing path of the nearby airport. It’s home to this up-till-now happy-go-lucky family and they’ll do whatever it takes to keep it that way.
